Data we collect when you use our site

UAT-UK processes information about our candidates in accordance with our Data Privacy Notice. As part of UAT-UK Ltd data processing activities we will process special category data  under Article 9 of the GDPR and Schedule 1 of the Data Protection Act 2018.

UAT-UK partners with Pearson VUE to deliver its tests and Pearson VUE processes information about our candidates in accordance with their own Privacy and Cookie Policy.

Requests for Information

Individuals may choose to make a general request for information from UAT-UK as a Freedom of Information request, or request access to the personal information held by UAT-UK under a Subject Access request.

All requests will be dealt with in line with guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office.


UAT-UK is committed to making all pages of our site, and any materials provided on them, accessible to as many people as possible and compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
