What can I do if I have already booked my test but I think I am entitled to a bursary?

The bursary application form will not be available to you in your dashboard.

To apply for a bursary you will need to cancel your test and withdraw your test card on your dashboard – please make sure you do both steps. Once this is complete, refresh your page and the form should be available to you.

If you do this more than 48 hours prior to your booking, your original test fee will be refunded.

Please note: Any re-booking is subject to Test Centre availability and there is no guarantee you will be able to re-book for the same time in the same Test Centre after cancellation.
