It won’t let me click on the bursary form on my dashboard. What should I do?
This is more than likely because you have a test booking or you have selected a test.
If you have a booking, you can apply for a bursary if you cancel your test using the manage appointment button and then withdraw your test card on your dashboard. You do this at your own risk – we cannot guarantee an appointment at your preferred Test Centre will be available when you come to re-book.
If you do not have a booking but have selected which test you wish to sit and can see a test card on your dashboard, you simply need to click ‘withdraw’.
Once you have done this, refresh your screen and the form will become available to you.
